Carol Services

The English, Hindi and Tamil congregations have separate carol services each, where the choirs of the respective congregations perform various pieces, interspersed with Bible readings and other performances. The English Carol Service is known as the Service of Nine Lessons, and is usually held on the 2nd Saturday of December in the evening. The Tamil Carol Service is usually held on the 2nd Sunday of December, during the regular worship service. As part of it, the Tamil Choir performs various songs that they practice for months. The Hindi Carol Service is usually held on the 3rd Sunday of December as part of the main worship service. It involves performances by the Hindi choir as well as a nativity play presented by the Hindi Sunday school.
