The Church has some fine paintings adorning its aisles. A copy of the fifteenth century Italian Renaissance
painter Giovanni Bellinis Madonna and Child with two Cherubs, is placed above the high altar.
Two lunettes painted by the Indian Christian missionary painter A.D. Thomas representing the transfiguration of
Christ, Christ's appearance to St. Thomas and Christ's baptism paintings are on the walls after side aisles.
Another of A.D. Thomas' works depicting Christ commanding the apostles to go and preach the Gospel to the world
hangs in the Chapel of Ascension. He has autographed it uniquely with his own portrait in a green robe.
